What is eCRS?
eCRS
is an
electronic
Claims Review System
designed by Mendes & Mount, LLP. eCRS provides a
vehicle for
quick,
easy,
and
secure
access to attorney-client work product via the
Internet.
Site Security
eCRS employs
several different methods to help maintain the confidentiality
of attorney-client work product:
- Content control
-- an Equity Partner of the Firm will
designate what information is accessible by each and every
user account.
- 128-bit SSL
-- all communication between your browser and the eCRS
server is encrypted.
- Account monitoring
-- your originating IP address and all
activities within the eCRS site will be recorded. All
accounts are subject to review and may be revoked at any
time without prior notice.
- Automatic logoff
-- your session will be terminated
following 30 minutes of inactivity.
To further ensure data
privacy, we ask that you:
- Do not share your password with
anyone.
- Logoff from eCRS as soon as you
are done.
