Dennis Mullins is a senior partner at Mendes & Mount, LLP and is co-chairman of the Professional Liability Department. In his twenty years with the firm, Mr. Mullins has represented insurers with respect to their exposures on policies issued to lawyers, judges insurance brokers, media companies, fine art auction houses and miscellaneous errors and omissions risks.
In addition to representing insurers after claims have been noticed, Mr. Mullins also has extensive experience drafting policies and setting up programs that cover lawyers and accountants errors and omissions, insurance brokers, architects and engineers, miscellaneous errors and omissions, employment practices liability and a variety of other risks.
Mr. Mullins has also performed numerous claims and underwriting audits of companies or other entities that are reinsured by the firm’s clients or are otherwise representing the firm’s clients with respect to policy issuance or claims handling.
Mr. Mullins has been a frequent speaker at various conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, Euroforum, the California State Bar Association and several law schools.
